We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Azure & Power Platform Solutions team—a group focused on building smart, scalable automation and data-driven solutions that help the business move faster and work smarter.
In this role, you’ll serve as a technical expert and trusted partner to the business, supporting the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of workflow automation, data solutions, and system integrations. The work spans both product-based initiatives and project-based delivery, offering a mix of structure and creative problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do
Act as a technology subject-matter expert for assigned applications and automation platforms, supporting both new development and ongoing enhancements
Design, build, and maintain workflow automation solutions using low-code/no-code tools, with supporting code when needed
Partner closely with internal business stakeholders, translating needs into scalable technical solutions
Support project releases end-to-end, including research, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-release monitoring
Lead or contribute to initiatives involving Azure and Domo, including current system and environment migrations
Analyze detailed and often ambiguous information to make recommendations that drive business outcomes
Manage ad hoc requests with speed and adaptability, balancing priorities in a dynamic environment
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure solutions meet business and client needs

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight or more years of direct experience with project management responsibilities
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong experience with workflow automation and solution design
Working knowledge of programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, COBOL)
Experience with or exposure to Azure and Domo platforms
Solid understanding of ETL concepts
Ability to conduct business needs analysis, including leading meetings, planning agendas, and presenting findings
Experience developing and overseeing testing strategies, including test plans, schedules, issue tracking, and results reporting
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general technical navigation
Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to lead through influence, collaborate with partners, and negotiate priorities
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
