Job Description

The Product Manager – Agentic AI & Workflow Transformation (Associate / Mid‑Level) supports the discovery, delivery, and scaling of agentic AI use cases across WCIB. This role partners closely with senior Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to help embed AI agents into business workflows in a governed, responsible manner.
This is an opportunity for an early‑career Product Manager to grow experience delivering AI‑enabled products in a complex, regulated enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & Delivery
- Support discovery and delivery of agentic AI and workflow automation use cases under the guidance of a senior Product Manager
- Assist in translating business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- Partner with Agile delivery teams to support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination
Workflow & Agent Enablement
- Help document and define how AI agents integrate into existing WCIB workflows and user journeys
- Contribute to the design of human‑in‑the‑loop controls, escalation paths, and usability considerations
- Support testing and validation of agentic behaviors in partnership with Technology and Risk teams
Measurement & Adoption
- Track delivery progress, adoption metrics, and outcome measures tied to defined OKRs
- Support change management and adoption efforts with business users and AI Champions
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on user feedback and performance data
Governance & Collaboration
- Participate in enterprise AI intake, documentation, and approval processes
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Data partners to ensure compliant delivery
- Maintain clear documentation and artifacts required for regulated environments
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Agile delivery roles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a structured, regulated environment
- Exposure to AI‑enabled products, automation, or workflow tools
- Interest in emerging AI concepts, including agent‑based workflows
- Financial services or large enterprise experience
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Technology, Risk, Operations)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Product management experience
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
