Job Description

The Manager of Foreclosure Bids & Sales Reporting will support the Foreclosure Operations team within Default Mortgage Servicing and lead critical functions across foreclosure bidding, sales reporting, and offshore liaison coordination. This role is responsible for overseeing bid development and sale execution across investor types, ensuring compliance with state, investor, and internal requirements, monitoring timelines and operational risk, delivering accurate reporting and performance insights, and partnering with internal teams, attorneys, vendors, Risk, and Compliance to resolve issues and strengthen controls. The position will also lead a team responsible for bids, sales support, reporting, and offshore relationship management, while driving process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable reporting solutions through tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and servicing platforms such as MSP/Black Knight or similar systems in a complex, highly regulated environment. Based on business need, the scope of this role may also expand to support additional foreclosure areas over time.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Typically five to six years of business-related experience and one to two years of managerial experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 1–2 years of people leadership or manager experience, with a demonstrated ability to coach, prioritize work, and support team performance.

  • Experience in mortgage servicing, default servicing, foreclosure operations, bid administration, sale support, or operational reporting.

  • Foundational knowledge of investor, agency, and regulatory requirements, including foreclosure timelines, servicing guidelines, or control requirements.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and experience using servicing or workflow platforms such as MSP/Black Knight, ICE Mortgage Technology, or similar systems.

  • Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and communicate performance insights to leaders and business partners.

  • Experience supporting process improvements, automation efforts, or workflow enhancements in an operations environment.

  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, vendors, and offshore support partners.

Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $62,050.00 - $73,000.00
