U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to support lead management capabilities across Home Lending and Dealer Services. This individual will join a Salesforce engineering team responsible for maintaining and enhancing CRM solutions used by core sales organizations, while also contributing to more complex, senior‑level technical initiatives.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused senior role within an Agile delivery model, ideal for someone who can both build and support enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions while also taking on higher levels of technical ownership, design input, and mentorship.

This role is not purely architecture or strategy focused, but requires a senior engineer who can balance day-to-day development, production support, and delivery with solution design responsibilities and technical leadership across the team.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (8+ preferred)
  • 5+ years operating at a senior engineer level, including solution design or technical ownership responsibilities
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automation tools (Flows)
  • Experience working in enterprise or large-scale Salesforce environments
  • Proven experience supporting and maintaining production Salesforce environments
  • Experience working in Agile teams and sprint-based delivery models
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Strong collaboration skills, including experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and support Salesforce CRM functionality related to lead management
  • Execute and own development work within Agile sprint cycles
  • Lead more complex technical efforts, including solution design and scalable implementation approaches
  • Partner with onshore engineers, offshore developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Support ongoing business enhancements, enterprise initiatives, and security-driven updates
  • Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving requirements in a dynamic delivery environment
  • Help ensure performance, stability, and scalability of Salesforce solutions across supported business units
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Development Manager and broader engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or related)
  • Experience with integrations (REST APIs, SOAP APIs, or middleware platforms such as MuleSoft)
  • Exposure to Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), or Agentforce
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX
  • Experience in financial services or similarly complex enterprise environments
  • Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading technical workstreams
