Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Senior Engineer, Digital Banking Platform (multiple positions) in Irving, TX.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and review customer-facing web and mobile portals.
- Improve user experience and security across digital banking platforms.
- Build and manage secure user entitlement and permission systems to enable authorized access to sensitive platform features and adhere to architectural best practices.
- Implement real-time transaction tracking using event-driven architecture.
- Enhance and review user profiles and customization using web and mobile frameworks.
- Ensure all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices and standards.
- Maintain digital banking operations by supporting backend services to ensure high availability and provide issue resolutions.
Basic Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, followed by 5 years in a progressively responsible Software Developer, or related, occupation.
Required Skills/Experience:
Must include 5 years of experience with each of the following:
• Java, Python, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and Angular;
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring WebFlux;
• Apache Maven, Apache Kafka, Apigee, Cassandra, H2, and SQL databases;
• AI automation tools, including GitHub Copilot;
• Jira, Git, Copilot, Confluence, Artifactory, Swagger, Splunk, Kibana, and AppDynamics;
• Jenkins, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, Fortify, Black Duck, SonarQube, and ServiceNow; and
• Eclipse, IntelliJ, VSCode, Postman, SoapUI, and Node.js.
Teams may work from home and the office.
Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $126,422 - $176,100 (#LI-NDI #LI-DNI #LI-DNP #DE-DNP #INDdni #IND-DNP).
