This individual performs inventory functions, monitors assess movement, maintains related records and prepares and processes related documents.

• Performs inventory functions including receiving, inspecting, and recording new items, maintaining accurate records, preparing items for shipment and delivery, maintaining perpetual inventory of supplies, conducting physical inventory, completing forms for inventory transactions and utilizing inventory control procedures. -
• Tracks inventory of chosen areas on a regular basis, monitors asset movement, replenishes supplies, and advises appropriate personnel on movement of assets and/or changes in space utilization. Provides information on asset utilization/movement to appropriate administrator.
• Prepares documents, maintains records, requisitions, and related reports for supplies. Creates and maintains related files.
• Coordinates non-routine inventory and performs miscellaneous duties as directed by the Manager of Materials and Distribution.

Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED. | None Required | Minimum Required: 0 - 6 Months equivalent experience.
