The Patient Accounting Representative bills claims electronically, check for unpaid claim status, post cash, pursue self pay cash collections, scan documents, request medical records and/or provide customer service.

Assists the manager with processing financial assistance applications for patient accounts. Reviewing the applications, calculating income, requesting additional information when needed, sending determination letters to patients, and updating Epic.

Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Associate's Degree.
