Location: Access Center - Remote - MUST be located in the Cincinnati, OH area training is onsite Department: Orthopedics/Pain Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm - 40 hours/week Shift: First
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: No experience is required. 0-6 months is preferred.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced Call Center.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The Access Center Representative provides scheduling support and appointment information to UC Health ambulatory patients. Agents schedule appointments and complete registration for identified UC Health ambulatory departments.
