Job Description:
The Sourcing Support Specialist supports the execution and coordination of candidate engagement initiatives across the hiring journey. The role assists with managing digital recruitment platforms, supporting virtual hiring events, monitoring employer brand channels such as LinkedIn Life Pages and Glassdoor, and coordinating updates with external partners. This position also helps maintain project plans, organize recruitment materials, monitor talent trends, candidate feedback, and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve the candidate experience.

• Improves operational clarity across the employer brand function
Qualifications
Required
- Must be willing and able to report to a local office on a daily basis (this role is NOT remote)
- Must be willing and available for frequent local travel and occasional domestic travel
- Must be flexible to work nonstandard hours as needed for projects, events, or campaigns
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in marketing, communications, human resources, or a related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $30.45/hour in our lowest geographic market up to $56.40/per hour in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to market location, and may vary depending on the job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
