Our client located in the heart of Nashville is looking for a direct hire Benefits Manager to join their team. 
The ideal candidate will have experience in both corporate and brokerage insurance settings and must have experience in ADP
They offer competitive benefits and compensation, a hybrid schedule, and one of the best views of the city from their office! 

Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Administer various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefits
  • Conduct benefit orientations and open enrollment meetings
  • Supervise maintenance of enrollments and terminations into or out of the plan(s) through  ADP 
  • Serve as the primary liaison with all insurance carriers on behalf of the company’s employee plans and manges all billing, invoice review and reconciliation for payment 
  • Works with internal Claims Department and claims analyst team closely 
  • Leave administration and management 
  • Verify the calculation of the monthly premium statements for all group insurance policies 
  • Knowledable of and experience with COBRA 
  • Reporting duties for all benefits 
  • Manage benefit compliance 
  • Ensures timeliness and accuracy of required 5500 filings and works with Department of Compliance to ensure that all other required benefit regulations are followed
  • Serve as secondary backup for Payroll Manager
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, or similar field, preferred
  • 3-5 years experience with benefits administration
  • Extensive knowledge of ADP WFN HRIS, Payroll and, Time and Attendance
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing payroll and benefits (DOL, FLSA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, HHS, etc.)


Location: Downtown Nashville
Schedule: HYBRID – Tues-Thur in office, Monday and Friday remote
Pay: 80k-90k
