Position: Accounting Assistant

For Our Client: Our esteemed client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an Accounting Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of a leading company.

Job Description: As an Accounting Assistant for our client, you will play a vital role in supporting various financial tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping within the accounting department. You'll collaborate closely with experienced professionals to maintain financial records and contribute to the smooth operation of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Prior internship or relevant work experience is a plus
