• Oversee finance team member(s) on a daily basis.
• Apply a broad knowledge of advanced accounting methods and procedures.
• Manage ad hoc departmental projects and responsibilities.

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Assist with year-end financial statement audit and tax preparation, including responding to information requests / inquiries.

• Oversee reconciliation of various financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.

• Conduct analyses to identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
• Analyze and summarize financial data to provide insights for decision-making.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial activities.

• Collaborate with cross-function teams, including finance, operations and management to gather relevant financial information and provide companywide recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-3 years of senior level accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and various spreadsheet programs
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality
