About the Opportunity
  • Manage the company's financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial statements
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making and drive business performance
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term financial planning and investment decisions
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing strategies to safeguard the company's financial health
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial stakeholders
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and support special projects as required

About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA or CFA designation with solid knowledge of ASPE and IFRS.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and implementing strategic financial initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting software.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in Asset Management, Private Equity, and Venture Capital

Salary Range
$130,000 - $150,000/year
