• ?Our client is looking for someone who can operate as a business analyst with a technical accounting background, that is an absolute NetSuite guru! This is a good opportunity for someone looking to gain more exposure to leadership, as you will be tasked with running meetings and presentations.

• Optimize business processes within the NetSuite ERP by collaborating with teams, leading meetings, and aligning technical implementations with organizational goals through cross-functional communication.
• Provide end-user training on system functionalities and ongoing support, including troubleshooting system-related issues.
• Design and maintain custom reports, KPIs, dashboards, queries, and saved searches.
• Handle day-to-day requests like creating/managing users, roles, workflows, permissions, accounts, subsidiaries, and locations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and contribute to the system roadmap.
• Work with various departments to understand processes and optimize workflows within NetSuite.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user training materials.
• Develop, maintain, and support custom scripts, workflows, bank integration, SFTP, and other customizations.
• Collaborate with third parties to implement enhancements and troubleshoot/resolve technical issues.
• Manage and test system upgrades to ensure minimal disruption and optimal performance.
• Ensure data integrity and security by implementing system controls and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with NetSuite, databases, SQL, data integration, and analysis (5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, G/L, revenue recognition, planning, audit, reporting, grants, fixed assets, and spend management.
• Experience with NetSuite NFP and grants (preferred).
• Proficiency in custom record types, fields, forms, roles/permissions, layouts, searches/reports, and NetSuite data model.
• Experience with data import and migration processes.
• Ability to translate end-user needs into technical/functional requirements.
• Project management, implementation, and integration experience.
• Knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and similar tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Windows automation, scripting, patching, antivirus, MDM, and imaging.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel periodically with valid driver's license.
