Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and financial tasks for our clients. This includes maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for clients.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of transactions.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring financial stability.
  • Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to address financial questions and concerns.
  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
  • Utilize accounting software and tools to maintain financial data.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) are a plus.
