Senior Deployment / Product Content Specialist POST NUMBER: 416322

The Site Merchandising Specialist, Digital Experience leads planning and delivery of their portfolio of critical site experiences including seasonal events, new programs, and corporate initiatives. Through their vision, research, planning, and strategy, customer experiences will be created and managed through ongoing partnership with key site stakeholders including merchants, marketing, and technology.

Success for this role is based on a combination of achieving site metrics that directly connect to improvements in navigational metrics, site conversion, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

• Leverage data sources from web analytics, customer research, vendor partners, and industry reports to constantly improve customer satisfaction for a portfolio of categories, seasonal events, new programs, and corporate initiatives
• Develop experiences in support of corporate marketing programs to ensure Walmart.ca best reflects the core messages for our customers across all owned digital touchpoints
• Brief key delivery teams on elements required to bring experiences to life, and program manage those elements from strategy through to deployment
• Collaborate with technology teams to apply automation to ensure site experiences that are personalized, data-driven, and optimized to generate long term customer loyalty
• Utilize A/B testing as a key process to shape future site experiences and make data driven decisions
• Research, document, and maintain best practices for digital and mobile across key experiences
• Coordinate and integrate efforts through partnership with senior leadership in Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology

Skills and Knowledge

• Minimum Years of Experience Required 2 years
• Ability to work independently is required.
• Practical, Technical and Professional Knowledge/Skills Subject Matter Expertise, Deep experience with web analytics and customer research
• Problem Solving Develops comprehensive solutions, ability to work in an Agile environment
• Purpose of Communication Persuading, presenting data and site experiences
