Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the IT department, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage software engineering and data management teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and implement IT strategies that drive innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT services and solutions.
- Mentor and develop IT talent, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Oversee IT budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a VP of IT or in a similar senior IT leadership role.
- Strong technical expertise in software engineering and data management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and scaling IT teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make high-level decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT project management tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5%).

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
