Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Easton Area (Onsite during training, Hybrid after 90 days)

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant who’s ready to grow their career. Whether you’re a strong Accounts Payable professional eager to step into a broader accounting role or an experienced Staff Accountant seeking a fresh opportunity, this position could be the perfect fit. In this role, you’ll handle a mix of AP tasks along with traditional accounting duties like journal entries, GL account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly journal entries accurately and on time.
• Perform GL and bank reconciliations.
• Support the Accounts Payable function to ensure invoices are processed efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred with 1 year of experience.
• Candidates without a degree but with 4-7 years of full-cycle AP experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
