• Monitors and analyzes accounting allocation and spending data to determine financial resources required to develop budgets.
• Tracks expenses, inventories, and budget balances. Measures actual performance against budget.
• Prepares forecasting reports and trend analysis. Develops recommendations for budget allocations that conform with budgetary policies and limits.
• Utilizes financial modeling, business intelligence and data analytics tools.
• Perform detailed financial analysis of healthcare operations, including revenue and expense trends, budget vs. actual variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize advanced statistical and financial modeling techniques to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the practice's annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Support ongoing forecasting efforts to provide timely updates on financial performance
• Manage financial data collection, validation, and consolidation from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Create and maintain databases and data visualization tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments, including Revenue Cycle, Operations, and IT, to gather data and insights that contribute to financial analyses and reporting

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 4 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, preferably in a healthcare services setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proximity to our client's Duluth office (near I-85) will be considered
