• General Ledger & Billing: Handle day-to-day GL accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and billing processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining accounting processes and enhancing documentation, ensuring scalability as the organization grows.
• ERP Management: Utilize large ERP systems, preferably Sage Intacct, to manage and report financial data.
• Reporting & Reconciliations: Perform detailed financial reporting and reconciliations using advanced Excel functions such as pivots and VLOOKUPs.
• Adaptability: Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
• Documentation: Take thorough notes when given direction and quickly implement solutions, documenting processes and improvements as you go.

• Experience: 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant, with a strong background in GL accounting and billing.
• ERP Proficiency: Experience with large ERP systems; strong preference for Sage Intacct.
• Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills, particularly in using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an environment with strong personalities and organized chaos, showing resilience and a proactive approach.
• Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing process improvements and enhancing documentation.

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in rapidly growing companies or industries where adaptability and quick problem-solving are key.
