• GL & Billing: Perform comprehensive GL accounting tasks, including posting journal entries, account reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy in billing processes.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within the accounting functions. Document current and revised processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• ERP Systems: Leverage your expertise in large ERP systems, with a strong preference for experience in Sage Intacct. Assist with the integration and setup of Concur.
• Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivots, vlookups) to manage and analyze data, prepare reconciliations, and generate reports.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment with strong personalities and manage tasks effectively amidst ongoing organizational expansion and change.
• Proactive Execution: Be a go-getter who takes detailed notes, understands direction quickly, and jumps into action without hesitation.

• Diverse Accounting Experience: Proven experience in accounting, with a focus on GL and billing functions across different industries.

• Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
• Large ERP Experience: Hands-on experience with large ERP systems is essential, with a strong preference for Sage Intacct. Familiarity with Concur is a plus.
• Excel Mastery: Advanced Excel skills, particularly in using pivots and vlookups for reporting and reconciliations.
