Credit Coordinator POST NUMBER: 424637

• Review and process credit applications for new customers.
• Assist in determining creditworthiness by reviewing financial documents and credit reports.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of credit transactions, collections, and account status.
• Assist with setting credit limits in accordance with company policies and customer risk profiles.
• Provide administrative support to the credit department, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
• Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to resolve disputes and ensure accurate billing.
• Follow up on payment discrepancies and assist in resolving billing issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work with sensitive financial data and maintain confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
