Accounting Manager POST NUMBER: 425911

• Oversight of the accounting department
• Lead the monthly closing process
• Maintain the global chart of accounts
• Manage intercompany allocations and billings
• Maintain compliance with internal control policies and procedures
• Support both internal and external audit activities
• Help with integration activities for newly acquired businesses, including preparing purchase price allocation (PPA).
• Maintain/enhance comprehensive documentation of accounting policies and procedures
• Provide in-depth financial analysis (cost-benefit analyses, financial modeling, and variance analysis)
• Be the subject matter expert on all things accounting
• Participate in special projects as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required
• Master’s Degree and/or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification would be a plus not a must
• Experience within a manufacturing environment
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Manager.
• Experience in public accounting is a plus
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and financial statement presentation.
