• Supporting month-end and forecasting analysis to drive key financial metrics and foster an environment of continuous optimization
• Support the FP&A team and work independently across the company to provide analysis and insight to key stakeholders, including company leadership, in core processes as well as on a project basis including profit opportunities
• Ensuring data accuracy in financial modelling for pricing, ensuring Marketing, Sales Ops and Sales receive timely pricing for price changes to be executed and communicated to stakeholders
• Continuous improvement mindset to influencing internal process improvements and controls and models
• Assist the FP&A managers with other ad hoc initiatives such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, month-end reports, pricing, product line profitability, new product, SG&A, and inventory.

• MBA/CPA preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in finance roles
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Advanced analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting practices and regulations
