• Lead the global FP&A function
• Built and own detailed financial models
• Lead/Develop analyses around key financial metrics, trends, and variances to provide insights into business performance
• Participate in management of the corporate G&A expenses
• Evaluate investment opportunities
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Manage banking relationships
• Support integration efforts post-acquisition
• Provide management, direction, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports and matrixed personnel

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 15 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance roles
• Experience in FP&A, M&A, and Treasury
• 5 years of experience managing direct reports in finance roles
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• PE backed company experience a plus
• Experience working with planning tools
• International finance experience
