Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 (with annual bonus potential)
Job Summary:
We're seeking a Chargeback Analyst to manage the comprehensive chargeback process, ensuring efficient receipt, analysis, resolution, and documentation of distributor submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chargeback Processing: Manage daily chargeback claims, ensuring timely submissions and resubmissions.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis and validation of chargeback data.
- Accounting Collaboration: Work with accounting to manage payments and resolve deductions/discrepancies.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Proactively address and resolve chargeback discrepancies.
- Membership Management: Update membership rosters for GPOs, HRSA, and IDN.
- Contract Administration: Oversee membership and contract affiliations.
- Data Management: Utilize Model N and Excel to manage data.
- Stakeholder Communication: Share quarterly pricing updates with stakeholders.
- Additional Support: Perform tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager.
- Experience: 2-5 years in pharmaceutical chargeback processing (Model N or similar systems).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of chargeback processes and contract administration.
Industry Exposure: Experience with large pharmaceutical wholesalers or distributors.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
