Job Title: Finance Associate

Position Overview:
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a highly motivated Finance Associate to join their team. This role will primarily focus on reporting and accounts receivable management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional Excel skills and a proactive approach to financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable, including tracking outstanding invoices and follow-up communications.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for management and legal teams.
• Extract and manipulate data from the accounting system for reporting purposes.
• Conduct regular reviews of aged accounts and develop strategies for collection.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and improve processes.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations for enhancing accounts receivable efficiency.
• Assist in developing and maintaining financial documentation and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in accounts receivable and financial reporting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
