JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Power Platform Developer for a 6M C2H opportunity located in Addison, TX 75001 (onsite 2-3 days per week). The Power Platform Developer will design, develop, and implement Power Platform Solutions by working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective solutions. The Power Platform Developer will expand and optimize Power Platform / PowerAutomate Solutions and create engaging external client-facing PowerPages sites. The Power Platform Developer must possess hands-on experience as a PowerApps / PowerAutomate Developer with the ability to successfully and effectively directly interface with stakeholders to identify areas of concern and offer Power Platform solutions. The Power Platform Developer will support stakeholders and cross-functional resources within multiple departments, teams, systems, and products. The Power Platform Developer must be passionate about optimizing the existing PowerApps / PowerAutomate Workflow and PowerPages sites to support the next generation of products.
- Develop / Customize Applications – PowerApps / PowerAutomate / PowerBI / PowerPages / Dataverse
- Integrate Power Platform Solutions with MS Services / 3rd Party Applications
- Interface / Collaborate with BAs / Stakeholders – Gather / Analyze Requirements / Translate into Technical Solutions / Designs
- Create / Maintain Technical Documentation for Developed Solutions
- Troubleshoot / Resolve Power Platform Application Issues
- Provide Training / Support to End-Users / Stakeholders, etc. – Create User Guides / Training Materials and Provide End-User Support / Guidance on using Power Platform Tools Efficiently.
- Design / Develop / Deploy Power Platform Solutions – PowerApps / PowerAutomate / PowerPages
- Create / Customize Responsive PowerApps Applications – Integration with MS Services (SharePoint / D365 / Dataverse, etc.)
- Automate Workflows / Processes using PowerAutomate – Integrating Data Sources / APIs
- Develop / Configure / Maintain PowerPages for External Users – Secure / Optimized Web Portals
- Integrate Power Platform Solutions with Services – MS Teams / Outlook / Azure Logic Apps, etc.
- Ensure Application Security / Compliance with Data Policies – Implement Role-Based Access Control / DLP (Data Loss Prevention) Policies
- Troubleshoot / Resolve Technical Issues – Ensure System Reliability / Performance
- Perform System / Performance Monitoring – Identify Areas for Optimization
- Perform Power Platform Governance / Administration – Managing Environments / Permissions / Licensing, etc.
- Manage Deployment Process – Ensure Smooth Transition from Dev-to-Prod Environments
- Collaborate with IT Admins – Manage Integration Points between Power Platform / Other Systems
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills / Ability to Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions
- Exceptional Communication Skills – Ability to Communicate / Work with Cross-functional Teams | Effectively Presenting Technical Concepts to Non-Technical Users
