SAP Analyst (Sales and Distribution) POST NUMBER: 414603

• Create and document defined solutions to business requirements into IT specifications and complete configurations of designed SAP SD solutions
• Provide understanding of SAP SD functionality/integration
• The main areas this person will be supporting includes: Sales, Delivery, Billing, Billing Plan, Rebates, Pricing, Credit Management, Shipping and Transportation, and Logistics Execution
• Act as the main contact for the functional business units and their process owners for support, change requests, configurations and new process requirements
• Understand complex business processes and serve as an SME
• Align with other IT applications to integrate business and process functions into the ERP systems, providing interoperability between multiple IT systems
• Create and execute test scenarios to ensure quality of deliverables
• Coordinate cross team integration activities
• Monitor and control outsourced application support services in cooperation with the ERP AMS team

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or other relevant fields is preferred, not required
• Ten (10) years of experience within SAP SD
• Excellent understanding of Integration with other SAP areas such as Production Planning, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics Execution, and FI/CO
• Experience in working in a highly customized SAP Environment with good debugging skills
• Knowledge of other non-SAP applications, e.g. SAP integrated systems
• Proven understanding and knowledge of interfaces, IDOCs, and EDI integration
• Knowledge of SAP-Transportation Management and or integration with other Transportation service providers
