Job Overview: We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager who can lead our client's HR initiatives with professionalism, empathy, and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job design, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and employee handbooks
  • Conduct regular organizational culture assessments and recommend improvements
  • Manage employee training and professional development programs
  • Support leadership in strategic workforce planning
  • Handle sensitive employee confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Implement and track diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Manage HR administrative systems and reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR management experience
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred)
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Advanced knowledge of HR information systems
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in non-profit sector
  • Bilingual capabilities
  • Experience with grant-funded organizations
  • Demonstrated success in mission-driven environments

Technical Skills:

  • HRIS systems
  • Recruiting platforms
  • Performance management software
  • Compensation analysis tools
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data analytics
  • Applicant tracking systems
