- Coordinate and administer HR policies and programs with a focus on benefits and compensation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing human resources.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and activities to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee core HR functions to ensure they support and advance the organization's strategic goals.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of employee roles, skills, and responsibilities to optimize workforce management.
- Conduct site visits to local and remote offices to address HR needs and foster connections.
- Promote employee education, professional development, and industry certifications.
- Advise on compensation structures and assess strategies for improving employee retention.
- Leverage major hiring platforms and professional networks to source and recruit top talent.
- Serve as a member of the Corporate Crisis Management Team during critical incidents.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage employee relations, providing support as needed, including serving as a backup to the Executive Administrator.
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
- Administer employee discipline and terminations in alignment with company policies.
- Deliver comprehensive HR services, including recruitment, promotions, and compliance management.
- Prepare, analyze, and report on employee data to support decision-making.
- Stay informed of changes in HR laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
- Oversee HR operations with a focus on recruitment, staff development, and organizational growth.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to management to achieve business objectives.
