Vaco is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Interim AP & Credit Review Specialist to join a client’s team for a 3 to 6-month engagement. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of accounts payable processes and vendor credit agreements.
- Accounts Payable Review:
- Review batches of AP invoices processed by AP clerks for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify invoices against contracts and ensure all required documentation is included.
- Pass approved invoices to treasury for payment.
- Communicate with vendors to gather missing information or resolve discrepancies.
- AP Expertise:
- Demonstrated experience in accounts payable processes.
- Attention to Detail:
- Exceptional ability to review complex invoices and contracts with a paralegal-like approach.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with cloud-based file systems, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Availability:
- Must be able to work onsite.
- Industry Experience:
- Background in the construction industry.
- Software Skills:
- Familiarity with Oracle systems.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
