Shift: Day shift (occasional evening backup)
Work: Onsite 100%

Vaco is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead training and development initiatives, manage the training team, and work closely with department heads to design and deliver training programs. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in manufacturing and a passion for employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for different departments.
• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and create tailored development plans.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
• Support succession planning and talent development strategies.
• Manage and oversee the training team.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or HR.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS); Paycor LMS is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing experience required.
