Description:
The Operations Specialist is responsible for the general operation of the office and working with team and Office Leadership to create an engaging environment for consultants, clients and employees.
Essential Job Functions:

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide support for recruiting and sales employees which may include sending candidate paperwork, client contracts, and executing full life cycle of job orders
· Provide support to operations leadership, including travel arrangements, scheduling, preparing reports, and letter composition
· Review client and Enterprise contracts; work with legal and HR as appropriate
· Provide support for consultants regarding payroll, expenses, and benefits questions and/or training

Education and Experience:
· Associate Degree preferred
· Experience with Bullhorn, HubSpot, UKG, or other HRIS system preferred
· Minimum of 1 year in administrative support or related role
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database knowledge
Location: Remote
Travel Requirements:
Less than 5% travel (e.g., 10% travel to differing locations, 90% of the time working from home)
Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:
Frequent: Sitting, walking, eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.
Occasional: Standing and bending.
Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
