Job Summary:

As a Licensing Compliance Coordinator, you will assist the Manager, Licensing Compliance with the Company’s day-to-day licensing efforts and ensuring compliance with regulatory licensing requirements at the federal, state, and local level. Among other things, this role will support Team Members across the Company that have responsibility for licensing work in specific regulatory areas (e.g., transportation, gaming, environmental, alcohol, tobacco). This role will also involve communicating with Team Members, as well as regulators on behalf of the Company, to achieve licensing goals.

Job Responsibilities:

•Become knowledgeable in all licensing matters to effectively complete projects as assigned by manager.

•Respond to license-related inquiries and requests from Team Members in the field and/or corporate offices.

•Upload and update Business Licensing Database, including tracking deadlines for renewing existing licenses.

•Request payments for licensing applications as needed.

•Other duties as assigned to support the Licensing function and Subject Matter Experts assigned to licensing/compliance or other regulatory work

•Prepare licensing reports and assist with data collection for licensing work as directed.

•Write, create, maintain, organize files for all licensing matters, including formal legal files in company’s document retention system

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in a law firm or high-volume office setting

Experience Desired:

3 to 5-years of administrative experience with exceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skills with the ability to work under deadlines and execute efficiently against multiple, high-priority and high- volume projects, and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing, with internal Team Members as well as with external licensing personnel

Education Desired: Bachelors Degree

Contract Duration: 30 days, possibly 60.
