Leadership & Team Development

• Provide visionary leadership to elevate the organization's fundraising capabilities, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing development team while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Recruit, cultivate, and retain top-tier fundraising talent, creating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Engage and mobilize board members and executives to play an active role in fundraising efforts, maximizing their contributions and impact.
• Serve as a key advisor in executive decision-making, integrating fundraising goals with broader organizational strategies and priorities.

Strategic Fundraising & Execution

• Design and execute a comprehensive, data-driven fundraising strategy that supports long-term growth and sustainability.
• Oversee and enhance signature fundraising events (including two major annual events and monthly engagement tours) to expand donor engagement and attract new supporters.
• Diversify revenue streams by leveraging major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation grants, planned giving, board giving, and special events.
• Lead high-impact fundraising campaigns, incorporating personalized donor engagement, corporate partnerships, and digital fundraising initiatives to drive philanthropic growth.
• Utilize data analytics and donor research to refine engagement strategies, ensuring optimal fundraising outcomes and increased donor retention.

Financial Planning & Budget Oversight

• Partner with executive leadership to develop and manage the fund development budget, setting ambitious yet achievable revenue goals.
• Monitor financial performance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with fundraising targets.
• Analyze fundraising data to make informed decisions, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
