• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Evaluate property values, market trends, and financial data to assess investment viability.
• Prepare detailed financial models and projections for real estate projects.
• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the performance of real estate assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support real estate transactions and projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
