Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to extending job offers and onboarding new hires.
- Sourcing Candidates: Leverage various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and creative channels to attract high-quality candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements.
- Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring seamless coordination across the recruitment process.
- Offer Management: Extend offers, negotiate compensation packages, and oversee the offer acceptance process to ensure timely hiring decisions.
- Onboarding: Partner with HR and Hiring Managers to deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Building Relationships: Develop and nurture strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support business goals.
- Trusted Advisor to Hiring Managers: Act as a strategic partner by providing data-driven insights and labor market intelligence to guide hiring decisions effectively.
- Client and Candidate Experience: Serve as a key liaison between candidates and internal teams/clients, ensuring a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use recruitment analytics to refine sourcing strategies and identify the most effective channels for attracting top talent.
- Conversion Optimization: Track and analyze candidate conversion metrics (e.g., application-to-screening, screening-to-interview, interview-to-offer) to improve engagement and streamline the recruitment funnel.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs, such as outreach volume, interviews scheduled, and successful hires closed.
- Improve Recruiting Processes: Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment operations.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives that strengthen VACO’s employer brand and position the company as a top destination for talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in offshore full-cycle recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
- Strong understanding of best recruiting practices and techniques.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
