Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager of Investor Relations to support the development and execution of our investor relations strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement. This role will be instrumental in driving investor messaging, supporting regulatory compliance, and enhancing relationships with the investment community.

Key Responsibilities

IR Strategy & Planning

• Execute components of the investor relations strategy and provide insights from stakeholders to inform planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key initiatives and updates.

C-Suite & Board Liaison

• Support the preparation of materials and logistics for C-suite and Board-related investor meetings.

• Manage scheduling and briefing documents to ensure alignment with executive priorities.

Investor Messaging & Narrative

• Prepare FAQs, background content, and detailed financial analysis to support investor messaging.

• Assist in refining corporate narrative to ensure consistency and clarity across channels.

Earnings Call Management

• Prepare transcript analysis and prepare competitor benchmarking reports.

Investor Engagement & Targeting

• Maintain CRM systems and investor databases to ensure accurate tracking of interactions.

• Coordinate proactive outreach to current and potential investors.

Buy-Side / Sell-Side Relations

• Track analyst coverage and maintain updated peer comparison data and consensus estimates.

• Provide timely responses to inquiries and coordinate communication with analysts.

Disclosure & Regulatory Compliance

• Assist with regulatory filings (e.g., SEDAR) and ensure adherence to disclosure timelines.

• Monitor and manage the company’s disclosure calendar.

Investor Days / Roadshows

• Coordinate logistics for investor events, including invitations, presentations, and follow-up tracking.

• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

Competitive Intelligence

• Gather and analyze industry and peer company data to support internal reporting and strategic decisions.

Internal Communication & Education

• Manage the distribution of investor updates and reporting templates across internal teams.

Non-Deal Roadshows – Travel & Logistics

• Manage all travel logistics, meeting confirmations, and preparation of briefing books for non-deal roadshows and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is an asset.

• 4 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial statements and capital markets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
