    • A creative marketing team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support brand visibility initiatives through campaign management, event support, and content creation. This individual will work closely with the Marketing Manager to help execute multi-channel strategies and maintain a strong digital presence.

      Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Coordination: Support the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, especially within creative, video, and event-related industries

    • Content Management: Assist in the development and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, press releases, email campaigns, and website content

    • Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, schedule and create content, engage with followers, and analyze performance data to improve reach and engagement

    • CRM and Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date marketing database using HubSpot to support targeted outreach and customer segmentation

    • Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategy and identify new opportunities

    • Vendor and Partner Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of promotional materials and events

    • Event Support: Help plan and execute company-hosted and client events, handling logistics, attendee tracking, and on-site coordination

    • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field

    • 1–2 years of marketing or social media experience (internships included)

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and channels

    • Proficient with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and social media platforms

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented

    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Additional Notes:

    • Candidates should be prepared to share a portfolio of relevant work, including social media posts, marketing materials, or other content (student or professional)
