Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Financial Data Solutions
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in-office in NYC)
Salary Range: $155,000 – $165,000
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Americas within the financial data and analytics space. This individual will manage an established book of business, while identifying and cultivating new opportunities. The role is responsible for account growth, forecasting, client retention, and mentoring team members, with a focus on delivering results in a competitive and fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and trend analysis

Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders across existing accounts

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and drive account performance

Lead contract negotiations in partnership with legal and product teams

Report on renewal performance, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to leadership

Represent the full capabilities of the organization by proactively coordinating with internal teams
Required Qualifications:

Proven success in account management and revenue growth
-
Previous experience in financial markets, preferably within subscription-based financial data and analytics
-
Track record of exceeding sales targets in a results-oriented environment
-
Strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts

Proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools
-
Demonstrated ability to create and execute renewal strategies
-
Analytical mindset with strong decision-making capabilities
-
Skilled at building long-term client relationships and fostering loyalty
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with client segments such as Buy Side, Sell Side, or Energy & Commodities

Experience using advanced market analysis tools

Ability to manage multiple initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Flexible, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic work environment

Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills

Experience with financial modeling and data-driven presentations

Strong understanding of OTC Fixed Income, Derivatives, and Energy & Commodities markets
