We're Hiring: Device Program Manager – Richmond, BC (Hybrid)

Join our Device Engineering Team and play a key role in developing cutting-edge video surveillance cameras, smart home security systems, and IoT devices for global markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee projects from kickoff to mass production, managing schedules, materials, and cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with ODM partners and oversee factory builds in Vietnam, Taiwan, or China.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory certifications and manage product SKUs.

• Lead end-to-end testing, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and track Alpha/Beta trials.

• Provide technical support and assist with sustaining and post-launch activities.

• Host design reviews and refine project management processes.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with hardware, firmware, apps, and cloud-based product functions.

• Knowledge of battery technologies, hardware design, schematics, and PCB layouts.

• Experience with software development, bug tracking, and troubleshooting.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
