• Multi-year Tax Projections
• Audit Engagements, planning, and walk throughs
• Tax Accruals
• Manage Sales & Use Tax, Franchise Tax
• Prepare W-9s, POA’s and other forms for clients

• Bachelor’s Degree in Taxation or Accounting
• CPAs preferred
• Tax Experience in the REIT sector, required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
