Customer Operations Coordinator (Part Time) POST NUMBER: 422686

End Client: CPG (eCommerce)
Fully Onsite: Midtown (NYC)
Payrate: $25/hr
Role: Customer Service Operations Coordinator
Location: Wednesday, Thursday (9:00-5:00 PM EST) and Friday (11:00-7:00 PM EST)

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
• Working with the events team to handle logistics tasks (sponsor & speaker onboarding)
• Working with the event team to handle sponsor inquiries
• Working with the event team to perform audits (logos, website, insurance details)
• Dealing with attendees and internal queries
• Dealing with customer queries relating to attendance at Shoptalk via email.
• Troubleshooting purchase of incorrect pass types and contacting delegates to resolve.
• Creating and issuing visa letters.
• Any other ad hoc as required.

Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in a busy office environment from an administration or customer service role.
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential in this role.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize is required, adept at learning new systems
• Proficient in Word and Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Events experience is preferred but not required.
