We are seeking an experienced Global Collections Manager to oversee and optimize the collections process across multiple regions. This role is responsible for developing and implementing collection strategies, managing a global team, and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international collections regulations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global collections strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding debts.
  • Oversee and manage the collections team across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess collection efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and sales teams to resolve disputes and implement proactive solutions.
  • Analyze customer payment trends and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to company credit policies and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Drive automation and process improvements in collections operations.
  • Lead negotiations with high-risk or delinquent accounts to secure payments.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on collections performance and outstanding receivables.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their collections and customer relationship management skills.
