About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You’ll be responsible for building a positive culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. This is a hands-on role in a growing organization with room to make a big impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compliance

• Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development

• Manage performance review and employee development processes

• Oversee benefits administration and coordinate open enrollment

• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records

• Champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

• 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role

• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, BambooHR, etc.)

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is a plus
