Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Location: Orlando
Salary: $90,000/year
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement:Hybrid
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You’ll be responsible for building a positive culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. This is a hands-on role in a growing organization with room to make a big impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compliance

Serve as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning and organizational development

Manage performance review and employee development processes

Oversee benefits administration and coordinate open enrollment

Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies

Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
-
Manage HRIS systems and maintain accurate employee records

Champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role

Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, BambooHR, etc.)

PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is a plus
