• Lead and mentor a large, multi-functional accounting team within a regulated environment

• Oversee monthly close, reporting, and compliance functions across business units
• Ensure adherence to GAAP, FERC and other relevant reporting standards
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, regulatory, and operational leadership
• Identify process improvements, enhance internal controls, and support automation initiatives
• Play key role in audit readiness, external reporting, and internal financial strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s or MBA preferred
• CPA required
• 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience in regulated industries

• Ability to work onsite (3 days per week) at the Downtown Tucson office – open to candidates willing to relocate to Tucson
