Our client is is one of North America’s most experienced submetering providers looking to hire an Azure - Cloud Engineer

About the Opportunity

This is a newly created role due to organizational growth. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for Azure cloud provisioning, infrastructure management, and administration. The candidate will also be a key player in driving M365 suite adoption across the business, acting as a champion for tools such as CoPilot, Power Automate, and OneDrive. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to liaise between IT and business functions to enhance process efficiency through cloud-based solutions.

About You

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Azure Cloud – resource provisioning and administration

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and Microsoft Fabric

• Ability to calculate and manage costs from cloud service initiation to deployment

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to present to executives

• Experience delivering training and user support for M365 tools, including AI and automation solutions

• Must be able to commute to Markham office at least 3–4 days/week

Bonus items

• Background in driving cloud adoption and user engagement across organizations

• Strong understanding of business process optimization using Microsoft tools

• Experience working with cross-functional business teams to understand and improve workflows

Salary Range

$130,000/year
