Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a local real estate firm to hire an experienced Office Manager/Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial real estate or property management, along with hands-on experience in social media marketing. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ, offering a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $70K annually, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, organization, and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, vendor coordination, and office supply procurement.
  • Support commercial real estate activities by preparing contracts, lease agreements, and other transactional documents.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns for commercial real estate properties, including digital, print, and event-based promotions.
  • Develop engaging content for social media channels to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with brokers, agents, and management to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial real estate regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office management and marketing within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and marketing tools

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
