Business Analyst – Manufacturing/CPG
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in software systems and supply chain technologies to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and/or implement software systems, partnering closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.

Perform detailed software testing and validation in Agile environments, ensuring system integrity and accuracy.

Read, interpret, and effectively communicate API functionality to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Develop clear documentation including user stories, process flows, test cases, and technical specifications.

Partner with stakeholders in manufacturing and CPG industries to optimize warehouse management systems, supply chain technologies, EDI processes, and related tools.
Qualifications:
-
4 years of experience supporting or implementing software systems, ideally in a business analysis or product management role.

4 years of combined experience with warehouse management systems, supply chain technologies, EDI implementation, or similar domains.

Proven experience performing rigorous software testing and validation in Agile environments.

Strong understanding of APIs with the ability to translate technical details into business context.

Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Industry experience in manufacturing or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is required.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
